Competitive Dive/Start Clinic

West Coast Swim Shop is now offering a dive clinic weekly at Vista Del Lago High School. This clinic is designed to help competitive recreational swimmers perfect his/her starts. Dives are an important part of Recreational Competitive Swimming, being that races are of shorter distances.
